Refund Policy, Process & Eligibility:
Classic & Country Interiors will not provide a return, refund or exchange of any furniture item once delivered, regardless of whether they are in the original packaging. Exceptions are made if the furniture is damaged at the time of arrival, the item has any manufacturing defects (based on the eligibility conditions given below) or discrepancy issues (i.e if an incorrect item is delivered).

Eligibility For Return & Refund
Your furniture item will become eligible for a refund only if any of the following conditions are met.
If the product is damaged at the time of arrival.
If the item has discrepancy issues (i.e, if an incorrect item is delivered).
A full refund or exchange will be offered upon management approval for any furniture item with a manufacturing defect if it falls within the specified warranty period. Photo evidence of the manufacturing defect will be required to get the refund/exchange.
